RULES OF SALE

1. This is a Retail Sale. All Prices are net. There are no commissions.

2. The Stamp-Tique, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw any lot from sale for any reason.

3. All lots are sold to the FIRST order received. Please call, email, mail or fax your order as soon as possible to insure you receive the lots that you are interested in. Email, fax or call: first order in the received Que. Mail: earliest postmark on orders received the same day.

4. The Stamp-Tique, Inc. reserves the right to sell duplicate lots of the same price, quality and description on any items not illustrated.

5. All lots are sold as genuine unless otherwise noted. In case of a dispute as to authenticity, the decision of an expertizing service that is mutually agreeable to The Stamp-Tique, Inc. and the buyer will be binding. Services The Stamp-Tique, Inc. usually use are (PF)Philatelic Foundation, (APS)American Philatelic Society, or (PSE)Professional Stamp Experts. The item in question must be returned to us with a request for certification within thirty(30) days of receipt by the buyer. We will obtain the certification from your choice of the above services.

Payment need not be made to The Stamp-Tique, Inc. until a good certificate is obtained. Upon receiving a good certificate we will bill you for the item price and the cost of obtaining the certificate. If the opinion states that a stamp, cancel or cover is not genuine, we will pay the cost of the opinion and advise the buyer of the results. If the opinion is "No Opinion" all expertizing expenses will be borne by the buyer.

6. The Stamp-Tique, Inc. will not honor returns of lots more than Thirty(30) days after shipping, or for reasons of faults clearly described in the lot descriptions, or illustrated lots for reasons of centering, missing perfs or other obvious characteristics. Mistakes are gladly taken back with our apologies. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

7. The Stamp-Tique, Inc. retains the title to all items until payment in full has been finalized(checks cleared bank or payment in full is made). All payment are to be made in U.S. funds only. Buyers known to us or that provide us acceptable references will have lots shipped with invoices. Buyers unknown to us will be expected to pay invoices before lots are shipped. All payment are due within five(5) days of receipt of invoices. Any invoice unpaid after 30 days will be assessed a late fee of 2% per month(24% Per year) until paid. Prompt payment is expected and will deserve special credit rating.

8. Postage, insurance and handling will be charged to the buyer on all shipment less than $300.00. Minimum charge for the above is $1.10.

9. A signed mail order or an order submitted via our internet order form properly filled out is your full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Unsigned mail orders will not be accepted.
